Why hv a scheduled appt if u have to wait 2 hrs???
Sucks! Have been waiting 10 hours. Still no results. I think the doctor went home and forgot about us. It's now Tuesday been here in the ER since Monday afternoon!

This place goes light years beyond unprofessional. Amazed that Sacred Heart would attach their brand to them. Not even close to the fine service in P'cola and Destin. I will make the drive to P'cola if I have a need Destin doesn't address.
Wow! To no surprise the previous reviews had everything I wanted to say. This hospital better figure out what it's job is and take care of people. You're doctors should be payed on commission based on the reviews of your patients. Go EARN your paycheck and do the right things. Be accountable for the patients in your care.
The most disrespectful employees ever. Told my boyfriend (AN IRAQ WAR VET) to shut up and stop complaining. We were sitting there for HOURS and were listening to the nurses make fun of other patients In the ER. I politely asked one of the techs in the ER how much longer we would be there he then very rudely told my boyfriend he would have to wait his turn and that he needs to get over his pain. Then refused care for him and told us to leave.
My daughter was in the hospital earlier this month and had to have surgery. The staff was professional and kind and I cannot say enough about Dr. Rebecca Hysong. She is such a caring doctor and takes the time to explain and calm her patients and family. In the emergency room , surgery floor & O.R. staff we were made to feel at ease. I appreciate all the hugs from the staff that comforted this mother during this time. It's the little extra things like that you never forget.
Been sitting here for six hours with no help ! Go else where!!
Very very disrespectful ER we are not here cause we want to be. So treat your patients with a little respect..
