My daughter and her husband have been in the waiting room of the ER for 5 hours now. (He was sent there from his doctor ). When he got there they did labs, now five hours later the nurse walks in and remarks he needs to have labs done...they have NO idea who's doing what! And what they have already done!!!! And they claim they have no rooms in the back. They need to concentrate more on patient care and less on only worrying about money!!
The wait was excessive, and I'm not quite sure we were given a caring attitude from the front desk, but when we finally got back to the room, Dr. Tully and our Nurse Jackie were awesome! They have tried to help my daughter when no one else would! I wish I could split the stars because Dr. Tully and Jackie our nurse would get all five!
You don't even deserve a rating. My cousin has been in ICU for a week now and all my family has is unanswered questions! Your staff is rude and inconsiderate of others. It's impossible to talk to the house supervisor about the poor treatment your staff gives bc they don't want to be there. When you went into the medical field you CHOSE to deal with the care of other people. I don't appreciate the way any of you have treated my family!!!
By far the best hospital I have ever visited. Wait time is little to none. Bedside manner is awesome. I wasn't even the patient.. My wife received excellent care! Had a hillbilly and a devil dog!

No stars poor care they assume everyone that comes in for pain is an addict.what's funny about that is the people in pain sre poorly treated and the person in the next room laughing and carrying on Doc walks in sees them laughing write s a script for pain meds sends them on there way.Good job Doc got it down pat on being able to distinguish between an addict and real pain.
7th of April, 2014, I had surgery...the staff from the OR to the room (322) ...professional, caring, with skills sets I thought went above and beyond...Loved what they were doing and it showed...Thank you for helping my Doctor (Morrow) and me...Recovering at home with smiles for all of you...Love Alberta Lindley.....ps.... the staff in the or made me laugh with the kindness and wit at a time I thought I could not...^_^
Being in the ER when someone you love is hurting is never a fun experience. I'm going through it now with my grandmother. I don't know what the end result is going to be, but the staff here at Bay Med. has been absolutely wonderful. Of course there has been some waiting, we are not the only ones here (people forget that). I appreciate everything, especially nurse Ulla. I will never forget the kindness and sympathy she has shown me. Thank you
