Dr Finney and his incredible staff did a wonderful job with my fiancé Nancy Sports.the CvICU team is 1st rate.their care and compassion for Nancy following open heart surgery..will stay with me forever..We could not have been at a better place at the right time.They are highly trained professionals…Thank You Bay Medical..Jim Kiefer
The staff throughout my stay so far have all been absolutely amazing. Making this difficult, scary and painful week of my life a little easier, with respect, kindness, compassion, great bed side manner and staying on too of anything I needed and always checking back to make sure I was still comfortable and relaxed.
My elderly mom is currently a patient and will be released in a few days. So far I can't be more pleased with her care. Starting in the emergency room. Although we had to wait quite a long time to get admitted to her room the staff couldn't have been more kind, caring and efficient. She was admitted to the surgical floor and the staff and nurses are wonderful. They have been so understanding. How long ago was there a five star review? I just went back months and only see ones, This is not good.
Me and my wife was in a bad car accident they took catscans of my head and neck said they were all fine but I was in bad pain when I came home I went to my hospital they took catscans and found out I had 3ruptured disc's in my neck that is pinching my spinal cord I do want to make a shout out to all the people on the 4th floor they get a 10+emergency room gets a 0 it was that bad doctor's and nurse's eating talking about patient's not helping at all I don't have the time to even start to talk about my wife's care I will say ... read more
Since my mom has been in ICU(which has been over a month) visiting hours have been until 6 pm. Tonight they're gonna try kicking me out and saying that visiting hours are over at 5. Note that this is the first time they've kicked me out before 6. What gives them the right to just change their hours and not let anyone know? My mom literally had tears in her eyes because I had to leave her and now she'll be there by herself all night being ignored because these nurses don't do their job.
