The hospital is a joke don't care about there patients at all
The nursing staff, transport staff was very nice and empathetic. There was 1 Neuro doctor that was rude but all the other physicians were helpful and kind.
I have been here since 12 pm to see a doctor I have irregular heart beat and chest and left shoulder pain and it 9.20 pm I am still waiting to see a doctor my heart still off beat I am hungry tired and most in tears and I wonder what happened that there were no wait for heart problems ���
Everything was just fine! I have no complaints! I say hats off to everyone that assisted to make our stay pleasant.
They didn't try to find out what was wrong with my son. The only test they ran was a strep test after 5 hrs of sitting there and the test came back negative they sent him home telling me to give him Tylenol. No blood drawn at all to rule out anything else. The nurse told me he was fine because if he was sick he wouldn't be playing which he wasn't he laid there watching a video. The ICU staff has been great....very clean hospital
I had a pleasant trip to er. They got me in there fast an all staff members were very nice. Bay Medical is the only hospital I'll ever go to. #1 in my book.
They had me sitting in the lobby for 3 hours in pain while they took everyone else to the back i was brought in by ambulance for severe kidney pains i finally left after 4 hours of waiting and nothing got done
Nothing extraordinary about this facility; the employees are very accommodating and nice, probably their best feature.
