The billing department is COMPLETELY incompetent. I was in a car accident over a month ago, and before I even left the hospital I filled out paperwork for them to send any bills directly to my auto insurance. Nevertheless, I received a bill in the mail so I called them and gave the same insurance information a second time, because somehow they didn't have it on file. My brother-in-law was in the hospital for 3 days. The doctor refused to listen to any of his concerns. The nurse even told him "the doctor does not care what you have." They discharged him without even treating the problem. This is the worst hospital I have even been to. If there were 0 stars, I would give a 0 rating. They don't care about people, just money...and they'll let people die.
Bay Medical Sacred Heart early discharged me from stay and left me with worse symptoms than I had before stay! Told Doctor on call. My Dr will be so angry. Talked to Dept head. Don't want to go for the ER wait and repeated cost!
Bay Medical Center. In the last 36 hours (18/19 April ) I met some of the nicest, devoted, and "please let me help you" nurses and staff. This is a product of a comparison of hospitals in Germany, France, Spain, Denmark, Japan, Vietnam, Philippines and about 10 or 15 states. But being an Army pilot and with a few exceptions, flying friends and wounded soldiers with our variety of helicopters resulted in many hours and days hoping for critical recovery of the most worthy.
I can't see any of those bad things that some people are talking about...October 2016 I went in to the ER with mild symptoms of heart attack, that same night and morning they did many tests and soon after I was having 3 stents put in by Dr. Stokes, the nurses, cna's everyone of the staff was amazing to me... Yesterday I went to have a Cath of my Carotids arteries by Dr. Amid Haghighat, everything was as scheduled and they treated me excellent, soon I have to go back for Carotid surgery and I feel confident that Bay hospital ... read more
The staff was kind and courteous. They made sure I was comfortableand taken care of.
