The staff are amazing, compassionate and do everything they can to make the patient better.
Bay Medical is a great hospital, curious people,doctors, nurses,and everyone else seems very concerned about you,rooms are clean and even security is very helpful,my only complaint is when you are in the back waiting you like for the TV to be working with a remote you can't always get up to change channels.
Everybody was great & friendly & took great care of me.
Went for a test and not only was given a hard time, but it took hours longer than necessary. Ridiculous! All because one technician insisted on a blood workup. She hadn't seen him since April, but when I told her that he was in for 58 days, and had numerous scans while there, she still insisted he have bloodwork. You can't tell me she can't see that on her computer. Even the drs office was stunned she was demanding it. Unnecessary testing? I think so
Unfortunately i am a regular at Bay Medical hospital, im type one diabetic so i saty in icu until stable then go to a room. Everyone is wonderful very attentive to my needs. Hospital is very clean. Even the kitchen staff make sure you get what you need. Food is very good. Overall great experience.
Don't want to be there, but they were treating my friend very well. Parking is horrible.
My first time at Bay. The staff at the check-in for the lab was great. The nurse at the lab drawing my blood was great. I had radiation test and the nurse was friendly and efficient.
My daughter was admitted for high blood pressure. It was a nightmare and I'm a nurse. Rude nurses, no education on meds, sent home without prescriptions. Only went there because of her insurance. Not impressed hopefully won't be back.
