I spent my vacation at Bay Medical Sacred Heart Hospital last week! I had room service, what ever I ordered to eat was brought right to my room, I had turn down service and last but not least, I had a cocktail of medication that made me feel so much better! Thank you Bay Medical Sacred Heart Hospital for saving my life!
We waited 5 hours just to be seen. We ended up being there a total of 11 hours to get help for our daughter!

We came in through the ER I husband was in extreme pain. They got us right in diagnosed I've been to surgery and we were out the door in about seven hours which isn't too bad considering everything they did. Steph was fabulous made sure he understood everything that was going on was very impressed Dr was awesome Dr. Richards was the surgeon he was great. All in all very good experience.
I was recently a patient at the newly opened Bay Medical Beach ER. I live 6 hours from Panama City Beach. The care I received was excellent. The staff was kind, efficient, and professional. I felt as though I was the only patient there. Today, I received a follow up call. This tourist is very impressed!

The waiting time stunk this time,check in 6:45pm don't go back to a room until about 6:00AM the next day!! And go home about 8:40AM!!!!!
I went on 7/2 and went through the er ..i was met by a lady whom was a trauma nurse ..they did my vitals and we made my way to a room where a fantastic lady ..when i say fantastic lady ..MRS. JACKIE B ..WHAT A AWESOME NURSE ..SHE IS THE MOST GENTLE CARING LADY I THINK I HAVE EVER MET ..BAY MEDICAL IS GOOD ..BUT REMEMBER WE DONT KNOW WHAT ALL GOES ON BEHIND THEM WALLS .. I MYSELF AM � SATISFIED WITH THE CARE I RECIEVED ..THANKS AGAIN
