The hospital outpatient area was ok, the parking area is my main gripe. They had one lot open to drive in but every spot was full. The other lots were valet parking only and had closed gates. I WENT TO THE VALET PARKING DESK,WHICH WAS EMPTY, and waited as long as possible before my appointment time. This was around 1:00pm. You don't want to know where I PARKED, thank God for 4 wheel drive!!
4rooms are very dirty and the bathroom in my room was extremly filthy. The sink was stopped uo. The floor was so filty that my new pink slippers were black when I was released. The housekeeper came in and never swept by, around or under the bed. There was still dirt there from when I arrived until when I left. I told the nurses to give me a slip to complain, they did, but I doubt that they ever turned it in. I was there in June, 2017 for mis-diagnosied Mastitis case that turned out to be breast cancer!!!!!!!
My mother is there now and they are taking dam great care of her and I'm thankful for them her doctors and nurses and CNAs
