Came in to the ER very sick. I was diagnosed with acute bronchitis. The staff was very professional and concerned. Dr. Scott was great and showed great concern with my medical history.
Yesterday I had to have a heart cath. It was the first one I have had done, and I’m praying it will be my last. My overall experience was terrible. I will say some of the staff did apologize, I appreciate that part. Bay Medical is suppose to be one of the best heart hospitals in the state of Florida. I sure did not experience that yesterday.
Dr Richards (bayside surgeons) and Dr mckissak saved my life!! They said i was a miracle. They did sigmoid resection with ostomy. SICU great, also 4th floor nurses, aides etc. However... THE ER IS DESPICABLE, TREATMENT A 0. no compassion, consideration, peritonitis set in after waiting 5 hours for surgery! My PC Made it happen. Ambulance people disappointing as well.
My boyfriend had a bad motorcycle wreck at thunder and we couldn’t have asked for better care.From the nurses, Dr.Desilva and Dr. Nunnery, not only did he but the family received the best treatment.
I had minor surgery and must say everyone from the ladies at the check in to the recovery room were just great. My surgery went well and i want to thank everyone for their kindness.
I experienced the PCB standalone ER over the weekend. Everyone was professional yet warm and caring. I felt I was in good hands. The environment was very pleasant in spite of it being an ER. My only recommendations are: 1) more comfortable beds and 2) more frequent drug replenishment (as they were out of cardizem, which would have greatly reduced my stay duration). Otherwise, good job!
My brother had serious valve leakage, Dr Seto and all the staff not only saved my brother’s life once a few years back, but saved his life twice, Dr Seto is the best Heart surgeon in my opinion. Highly recommend Bay medical Sacred Heart, Dr Patel is an awesome Heart Dr as well.
Staff was nice to me and my daughter.The doctor however is another story. He was very cold and dismissive in his behavior. To top it off the medicine prescribed is not working which is not very good considering he's getting paid for this kind of care.Definitely not a good experience and a waste of taxpayers money.
