from reading your reviews, I would say fire EVERYBODY and hire doctors and nurses that CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS !!
Billing department lost an insurance payment, refused to look for it and sent me to collections. We are supposed to be able to depend on our healthcare providers not be victimized by them.

Check in procedure was immediate & on time for scheduled surgery. Nurses were very attentive, polite & professional. The doctor performing the surgery on my boyfriend spent a good 30 minutes going over the procedure in detail and answered all questions. Very professional & personable. The nurse called me letting me know my boyfriend was doing well in surgery & gave me an approximate time line when surgery would be over & doctor would call me. The most filthy an unfriendly staff that just don't care in the universe I would never ever go there I don't care that's the last hospital open in Bay county.
I had 2 of my kids at Bay Medical & they were amazing not sure about ER issues but labor and delivery is amazing I am pregnant with my 4th & will be delivering here again I however donot recommend gulf coast 👏
Horrible service. Horrible wait time with staff that has no empathy!! They just leave the patients sit in the waiting room for hours suffering. Absolute crap!! This facility has had major issues for years and I think it's finally time they give up. They are going to kill people with their ignorance. Their triage nurses act all high and almighty like they are God and that wouldn't have a flipping clue if it slapped them in the face.
Sit in er for hours and hours other people went eat ahead of me. All the whole the front desk was eating couldn’t never tell me whe I would be called. Keep in mind I had hemmoroid surgery just the Thursday before. Guess what got here at 5.30 pm and still sitting here at 4:30am
