RecommendedI am so thankful for my experience at Bay Medical.I had surgery yesterday, and everyone was so professional and so kind to me. I would recommend this hospital to everyone. Dr. Joseph and his team met my expectations with their care and expertise.
Worst care I have ever received . I had to go in via ambulance due to an emergency and was treated like dirt . I will NEVER go here again . It’s not the same anymore
RecommendedMy experience was good. Once I got in the techs was GREAT. I got ALL the test done one right behind the other.I'm praying that's they are all good. I couldn't walk and they got me a wheelchair it sure helped when knots on your feet make it difficult to stand. I'd go back there in a heart beat That's a lot coming from a retired RN.

NO COMPASSION FOR PATIENTS AND THE NURSE NAMED CANDACE ON THE 3rd FLOOR IS LAZY, RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE! MY MOTHER IN ROOM 3117 PUSHED HER BUZZER BECAUSE SHE HAD TO USE THE BATHROOM! CANDACE NEVER SENT ANYBODY! SHE’S STILL LAYING IN A SOILED BED! CANDACE SAID ITS NOT HER JOB TO FOLLOW UP WITH WHETHER A PATIENT HAS USED THE BATHROOM OR NOT! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
I went to the ER on July 15th. The care from the doctor and nurses was fantastic. I received the ER bill two days ago. Two days. And today I received a phone call from the billing department threatening to send it to collections if I didn’t pay it. This happens every time I use Bay Med - the care from the medical staff is great, which is why I go back, but the billing department is totally incompetent. In future I’m going to use Gulf Coast so I don’t have to deal with the hassle afterwards.
RecommendedBay Medical Sacred Heart needs to change their name they need to remove the heart from their name because they have no heart when it comes to accepting smaller payments if you don't give them what they want they automatically destroy your credit
My sister delivered her baby here and as a prospective midwife, I can only pray I’m as good as Nurse Krista. She was amazing, high energy, positive, knowledgeable, and so much more! Her other OB nurses were wonderful as well, Krista just stood out the most (maybe because we spent the most time with her)! Overall, I believe my sister had a wonderful birth experience, only rating 4 stars because the anesthesiologist was rude, pushy and just seemed to hate her life!
Can I give no stars? I was told I had AN appointment at 8 am on a Tuesday and to arrive half an hour early for registration. I had to wake up my 6 month old baby to get to the appointment. We live on the beach so it took us about half an hour to get there. Registration took about two minutes so my husband and I are left sitting with our cranky baby for about 45 more minutes.
