RecommendedThese people are my heroes. I had to go multiple times after Michael, they worked mostly without power, I saw Drs and nurses sloshing around in the water all over the floors, wearing boots and tank tops. They all did their jobs magnificently and I'm forever grateful.
This hospital obviously has lost all integrity. Lay offs after the storm due to damage, I get that. Laying off your employees via text??? Not only will I never step foot willingly into your facility, but I would not recommend this hospital to anyone. Based purely on the above actions. I can only imagine how things are run internally if you don’t have the decency to do lay offs in person.
I am a chronic migraine sufferer I have gone to bay medical seeking help when my migraine has gone beyond what my medication can do only to be treated like a junkie. This hasnt happened once or twice but many times. I was told most recently that I would take a medication I told them I couldnt have or I could sign myself out ADA. I am sick of being disrespected and treated so badly. All I asked for is help. All I want is to relieve the pain Im in. Thank you so much to your hospital for the amazing hospitality your staff and hospital showed our strike team. From meeting nurses and staff that we know are exhausted from taking care of your patients before themselves, to the wonderful RN staff that not only located beds for us to crash in after a long shift, but also finding showers for us and the kitchen staff that provided a hot meal. I worked there as an agency nurse , spring of 2018. Worked with a lot of great caring nurses .
We were outside during a hurricane when we got kidnapped and held hostage by the staff. I am with a media crew and was standing outside filming and minding my own business when this fat, middle aged idiot pops out and screams at the top of his lungs that I get in or he'll physically get a hold of me and drag me in, which is legally assault/battery. me and my friends are forced inside and are basically prohibited from leaving. it's a joke never will I take my family back to this place again if your having chest pains or anything good luck cause you will still be in the waiting room they had several people walk out last night all they do is stand around and talk
I was in the heart ward a couple of times. I always had good care. Was in Gulf once. Deb took off work to take care of me the second time I was there.
