I brought my daughter into the ER this evening due to a sinus infection that has continued to get worse. The two men working the window was very rude from the moment I walked to the window. The staff, doctors, nurses, every single person that we encountered while my boyfriend was hospitalized here was an absolute pleasure to meet. They were all kind, helpful and cheerful. It made a very difficult situation so much better. Thank you to the 3rd floor!!
My brother-in-law is there for heart problems. I have never seen a more courteous, caring place than Bay Medical Center!

I was having a heart attack and a nurse that I had filed a hipaa complaint on in Apalachicola called the police on me. She is a drug addict nurse and wanted to get back at me for filing a report on her. She retaliated on a patient who was having a heart attack and I’ve ended up with a quad bi pass and the hospital has done nothing to address this drug addict nurse’s false report.
