understaffed, lack of beds. after 3 days of going back and forth between E.R. and Cardiology, we were ready to be discharged but the nurse was SSI overwhelmed she lost our chart. SSI we waited an extra looong hour until she found it. mind you, she stopped for a quick snack while searching.
