Thank you to Sam Burt, Lisa Halsteed, and Kenny Adtkins I understand Kenny has lifted to go back to school. But his care of my mother Mary Odom was great. Bay Medical staff is horrible! They threw away my $400 night guard and mind you this happened in August and I’m still fighting this situation! This is sickening because there’s no telling how many things the staff has stolen and then got away with it!!
understaffed, lack of beds. after 3 days of going back and forth between E.R. and Cardiology, we were ready to be discharged but the nurse was SSI overwhelmed she lost our chart. SSI we waited an extra looong hour until she found it. mind you, she stopped for a quick snack while searching.
