The ER is the absolute worst place I have ever been. So rude, and the staff was so slow when this lady was holding her chest in the lobby screaming "I am having chest pains". Hippa violations in the actual waiting room area for patients. I would not recommend this place to anyone and something action needs to be taken to fix these issues.

Absolute disregard for human life. Came here looking for my mom that was taken to emergency then to the ICU in critical condition and they had her name in the system this morning and then lost her info? And have her under unknown? And the security guards in the front of emergency unit brushed it off and said “I’m just security, I don’t care about this part” and started laughing. They had to call a “Nun” who “runs” the hospital to see if they will allow her daughters see their mother in ICU but they had to call this “Nun” who... read more
RecommendedSaved my life twice. Bay Med and Cardiovascular Institute are a great team. Once I got past being check into ER (where there is NO compassion, even when you are in the middle of a heart attack) i was treated very good and I made it though. Thank you Bay and Cardiovascular Institute!
