Recommendedthey are an amazing vet they were awesome with my dog and i have recommended them several times since we had to take our baby in there thank you to the amazing doctors and staff!!
Dr. Reabe and her team are amazing! Our vet was out of town when our German Shepherd Bella suffered an injury to her mouth/snout . We called the 24/7 emergency line and were told to bring belle in anytime . We drove an hour from Charlevoix and upon arrival were seen almost immediately . Dr Reabe was fast and methodical in her approach but also conservative to keep the cost reasonable . Belle was diagnosed and treated within an hour. We are so thankful for their compassion and thorough care for our furry family member .
The staff is always friendly and professional. They are always loving and gentle with my dogs. They helped me with my elderly cat, Boo, making his last years comfortable, with good quality of life. it's good to know that high quality care is available 24/7 if needed!

I must say that our Joey got excellent care even though her mystery illness was never found. They treated her with love and kindness through multiple visits and tests, right up until there was nothing more to be done but let her go. Joey was able to be loved by her favorite tech, Amber, right up to the end. We appreciate that kindness very much.
We took our Goldendoodle, Lucy, in at 8am on a Sunday, with at the time seemed very critical, turns out it was nothing. However, the entire staff never disregarded any possibilities. They were all very attentive even though other animals came in with more critical attention. By far, the best service there is. They also did not disregard the other animals that came in with a critical status...they turned their attention as necessary... we will always take Lucy there if needed!
11.29.18. I had to rush my dog in during there emergency hours and they took such great care of her. She had to stay two nights and they treated her as she was family. My dog is now back to feeling well after the awesome care she received from all the staff. They are very helpful and communicate with you very well! Thank you Bay Area Pet Hospital for saving my fur baby!!!
every staff member we had contact with was helpful and caring in an emergency situation with my dog. they took great care of him and communication was excellent. I never had to worry about how he was doing. He is now home and on the road to recovery. thank you to every member of your staff!
