Recently my beautiful Sadie Bear (dog) became very ill due to old age. We brought her to Bay Area emergency and unfortunately it was her time to cross the rainbow bridge. This group of warm, caring and kind people took amazing care of Sadie and her human family as we sent her off over the rainbow bridge. I am truly grateful for their assistance and care. This was one of the hardest things I have ever had to do and they made it somewhat bearable. Thank you so much❤

Recently my family had to very unexpectedly put our fur baby down, after having emergency surgery that didn’t turn out in her or our favor! The folks here at the pet hospital were nothing but AMAZING!!! They treated us with respect and dignity, even though we were all a complete mess! I would highly recommend this pet hospital to anyone that may need it! Thank you

everyone was so genuine and so caring. I knew the last hours of Sheldons life he was cared for with love. the staff is just amazing.

We live an hour and a half away. Our local vet was available but wouldn't work with us on payment. Our dog got caught up with a porcupine and his face was covered. I was really worried. And you amazing people had no problem taking Boss with payment options available. The weight on my heart was instantly gone. I just really wanted to thank you ladies again for the wonderful service and all the love you gave him last night. He is doing much better today 💚💙

I've had two animal emergencies that Bay Area helped me with. The vet tech that was with us for the first one was very reassuring and supportive and I appreciated her advice and guidance. Our puppy healed up just fine. Our second one a dog attack on our cat. They got her back right away and cared for her.
