the vet-tech legit mixed up our two dogs with their shots and almost gave the wrong doses to each dog. I had to stop her and correct her mistake twice before she administered the shots. Even after she re-read the files, she still almost made the mistake again. If I hadn't stopped her twice, she would have given the wrong dog a rabies shot, which ultimately would have led to a double dose come July for our one dog, and left the intended dog without vaccination. #youhadonejob

Amazing facility!!! My sweet girl was bite by my dog. We headed there in the middle of the night and everyone was great. After a few nights and a few surgeries she is home and doing wonderful. Thank you to all the staff at BAY AREA PET HOSPITAL ✌💜🐾

We drove an hour there last night at 930PM because our poor Cooper (feline) got electrocuted. They examined him as soon as we got there and were very professional as well as sweet and gentle on our Coop. They gave us meds and recommendations on what to look for as well as tips on monitoring him. Very appreciative and thankful.
We have had to use Bay Area Animal Hospital Emergency Services a few times over the past couple of years. They are so wonderful. The staff is consistent, caring, knowledgeable and experienced. We drive from Gaylord because we know our pet will receive the very best care! Very grateful - especially Milo. Thank you!
From the front staff to the techs to the Dr...everyone was so kind and gentle to our sweet Tucker when he was very sick and had to cross the rainbow bridge. It was an extremely sad experience but they made us feel all the comfort a pet parent can. Thank you ♡
We had to get our 14+ year old dog euthanized tonight & they were all amazing! They treated our girl with such kind hearts & our family appreciates their compassion in such a difficult time. I will recommend them to anyone!
I could see if they done something but nothing was done I refused the service after they wanted to charge me 750 dollars. I got it done in kalkaska for 105 and it was just another cat bite. they still charged my wife 150 dollars last night for doing nothing.
