Everything! They are all very caring and compassionate. About 5 years ago we had to have our 14 year old pet that we had, had for 13 years put down. They were so caring, helpful, and compassionate that when we obtained our new addition3 years ago we changed to Bay Area,and have been extremely happy. They have been very helpful, accomodating, whenever we call. We are there as long as we need to seek the help of a veterinarian.
I cannot thank the Bay Area pet hospital staff enough for all they have done for our family. Every single staff member I spoke to on the phone at all hours of the night, and day, were so nice, and kind!!! I was very nervous to leave my baby with them for two days, two hours away, but I had to, and not one time did anyone give me a reason not to trust that my girl was in the best care possible. The level of care and compassion you gave our little guy was so comforting at a very difficult time for us. Needed help with our dog and the girl on the phone was so helpful and very friendly. Very happy that we have a place like this that we can go to incase of an emergency.
