If I could give them 0 stars I would!!! My father called the morning of Sunday November 15th because we needed to euthanize his beloved hunting dog and best friend, Ty. My Dad explained that he is handicapped and that Ty hates vet offices and asked if they could come out to the car to do it. After a lengthy discussion, they said they could help us. i cannot say enough amazing things about bay area pet hospital. ralph and i love them so much! i just recently moved to traverse and had an emergency with my dog and didn’t know what to do. the staff and vet were amazing! today i took my boy in and he is already feeling so much better. he’s not the most social and they are great with him! i had to make sure they are ralph’s primary because we love them so much💛 highly recommend!
I have been here with my boy Titan more then twice this year I have good experiences so far!
We brought our older pit bull in with a face full of porcupine quills on a Saturday night and the staff took amazing care of her, had all the quills out and her back with us in under 2 hours. Extremely grateful to this clinic and their kindness, although they we hope to never visit again under those circumstances!
Thank you to the entire staff at the Bay Area Pet Hospital! We came during the busy holiday weekend with our 11 year old boy. I couldn’t have asked for a more caring and compassionate team, Dr even offered to stay past her shift to preform an ultrasound on a Sunday night. With the Covid restrictions they provided continuous updates and pictures of Rocky during his 2 night stay. I would highly recommend the Bay Area Pet Hospital to all my family in the area.
