Been there many times with my elderly and not so elderly pets, very sad experience but excellent care. Glad to know there is a place like this to go when you need it. I miss my kitties, make me cry when I go by there, it's such an awful decision to make and I never know if I did the right thing. I miss Mo, maybe I could have done more for him and not just let him go, what an awful memory.
Very compassionate staff. We appreciated their care for our cat and our family.
The staff here is so nice. They gave options on our girls treatment and didn’t push us in any certain direction. Highly recommend. We would come here if it was in our home town
Horrible. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Protect your fur-kids and research the places you’re choosing to take them for their care. BAPH is absolutely horrid, unprofessional and non-sympathetic. I’d love to give more details to anyone who would like to know my personal experiences (yes, more than one). The only good thing that Bay Area has going for them is that they’re the only 24 hour animal hospital in the area. I wish I could find the words to show our appreciation to Bay Area, we recently had an emergency visit with our dog, and found out it was his time to go.. Even with never meeting our dog or our family, we were treated as though we had been known for years. The staff here went over and above for our Dozer as well as our family, they made us feel like he was the only dog in the world, putting him on a pedestal the last couple hours of his life. Thank you so much to everyone at Bay Area, your staff is greatly appreciated! �
The staff are wonderful, professional and compassionate, I am so impressed with twenty-four service in case of late night emergencies. Thank you for all you do!
I had to bring my 6 year old cat in yesterday because she was having trouble breathing. Unfortunately there was nothing that could be done for her. Everyone treated her and myself with respect and compassion. I was given all the time I needed to say goodbye and never felt rushed. Thank you BAPH for making a sad day just a little better.
My boys are always treated very well here! They love the vets they see and are very cooperative because of this. Thanks for the great experience!
