RecommendedThe women who work on the labor and delivery unit are absolutely amazing!! Due to medical complications my baby and I had to stay in the hospital for 6 days after her birth and every staff person we worked with was so kind & attentive to both of us. Candice, one of the lactation consultants, is an incredible person who is phenomenal at her job but also such a caring person. One part I loved most is how many of these nurses encouraged us by reminding us that God uniquely chose my husband and I to be our baby’s parents. 💛♥️💜
I recieved amazing care at Baptist with my miscarriage. My doctor, obgyn, nurse and nurse practitioner were all males.... they handled it so well. The doctor talked to me in a compassionate manner. The nurse checked on me as much as possible. The nurse practitioner made sure i knew what to expect, physically and emotionally. Last but not least the OBGYN... i don't remember his name but he was a God send. He knew i was uncomfortable and talked me through the entire thing. Service is great. Housekeeping is excellent with making sure each patient gets satisfaction he or she needs while their stay.
This morning I found my mother who can’t walk without assistance and too weak to eat in a bed of urine and feces. Then the nurse Meagan in the way trying to shove some medicine down her throat instead of trying to clean her. I also asked the CNA when she came for the Nurse Manager (Carlotta) by the way who isn’t at the hospital but the Charge Nurse is who name is Courtney! No one has changed the linens nor emptied the garbage in 2 days! Besides one CNA no one asks/volunteer to clean my Mother daily I do it myself as well as ... read more

Terrible case managers. All they are concerned about is the almighty dollar.
I checked into baptist on Sunday 7/14/19. The emergency room was absolutely great. No complaints on that end. Then, i got admitted to ninth floor. They diagnosed me with sepsis, pyelonephritis and a UTI. My nurses were all wonderful. My doctor, however, I cannot say the same. Out of the 4 days that I was there, I only saw him 3 times. The first time, he tried to send me home because my fever had broke. Nobody ever ran a blood culture to check my white blood cell coin or a urine sample.
