Horrible, nasty hospital..!!
RecommendedNight and day different experience from Regional One! OUTSTANDING CARE from every single individual that stepped foot into Labor and Delivery! You're not made to feel like a number or statistic. You are valued and cared for as if this staff were your blood relatives. I cannot say enough good about my experience.
Be careful taking anyone you love here. They messed up almost the entire time my dad was there with Covid Nov-Dec 2020 before sending him to rehab in Memphis. They lost his meds, his Driver’s License and his medical Insurance card. They have yet to say anything else about it or to rectify what they have done. They are just horrible. Patient advocate workers do not care and will not call you back once THEY KNOW they messed up royally. I’m still fighting them and it’s March 2021! Took my daughter to the emergency room .I was not allowed to stay with because even though she is in high school and totally dependant on me.,because she is 18 . I was told I would have to wait outside . After two hours of sitting in a car and not hearing from anyone. I called the emergency room .I spoke to the staff member who check my child in. After referring me as that "guy."She told me she would get the nurse. She then left me on hold for exactly 30; minutes not once checking back. I finally gave up. At 1:30; AM my daug... read more
Worst hospital I've ever seen! My husband was in there for 12 days, half of that in ICU. The doctors refused to talk to me, quoting invalid and in accurate reasons why. We took him up there for Covid complications. I was told by a nurse that he had pneumonia...it was actually double pneumonia. I, nor my husband, was told that he was actually septic when there...our pcp told us after she got the reports a week after he was released. Most the 7th floor nurses were awful!
