Recommendedi got bit by a brown recluse and had a horrible reaction to the bite. i was treated promptly as soon as i walked in the door.the 2 time after having a allergic reaction it was also fast and very kind staff .I love and trust the docs and nurses here.
Been at the Emergency Room for 4 hours and still haven’t seen a Dr. More of an after hours clinic. If have an Emergency don’t come here.

Long wait times rude staff was there yesterday for four hours in pain could have had a miscarriage left and went to Methodist people in the lobby that’s extremely sick and vomiting like that is crazy a lady came in labor the nurse at the desk just sat down and waited for someone else to take her to labor and delivery she also got smart when I asked how many people was in front of me after waiting four hours ugh never will come there again
Poor service and attention to the patients. Short PCA staff. Overall patient care was serverly lacking. We have been waiting on a bed to be admitted for 6 hours for a bed, maybe they should consider a bridge program with Methodist Hospital to make sure that all patients can be properly and efficiently assessed and issued a room for care. After a 12 hour drive to see a patient at Baptist I can't believe this poor level of service. I'm so disappointed!!!
The 6th floor needs some housekeeping, nurses and pca's that will do their job. Rude, incompetent, and just lazy. This morning, several where standing around the front desks listening to a nurse speaking on the telephone to a patient's daughter. The daughter was justifiably upset that no vitals had been taken on her father since 8:30pm and now it was almost 7am. The nurse was loud, rude abd very unprofessional. And doesnt the other nurses have patients to check on? Is this why shift changes take a hour to complete?
I understand there are some emergencies that are critical and come before others. However, it would be nice to let those who have been waiting hours and hours k n o w what's going on. We got there at 11p and did not get to see a doctor until 10am.
