Could not tell where to go when you walk in to ER. Once I asked and was directed to 3 different people I have been sitting in waiting room for going on 1 and a half hours. This is horrible care.

Tori & Courtney are the best nurses here! They remembered me from last time and like always took great care of me
I just waited over 4 hrs came in with chest pains and bp 199/86. People with flu like sxs coming in 2 hrs after me were seen first. They emptied the entire room except one man and still haven’t call me. My ekg was fine Thank God but I pain didn’t stop and my head started hurting bad. RN, check in lady and sone guy all laughing and cutting up, and telling me be another 40 mins or so.
Inattentative nurses lack of concern on night shift. Staff more interested in playing on their cell phones than caring for patients. Very frustrating trying to get the simplest things taken care of. Doctors orders not followed in timely fashion. Very disappointed in care. Drs. Are all great. Dr Joseph in particular was wonderful.
we are from Texas we had flown here for my granddaughter's 1st bday .. her great grandma my mom fell and broke her femur bone.. they have been so good to us.. and Dr. Phillips is an excellent Dr..orthopedic Dr.. just the best!!
With all the hospitals we have had to go to from LeBonheur, the Med, Baptist G'town, St. Francis and ones in between dealing with Neonatal to Cardiologist and hands down this Hospital is our 1st choice for our family!
I went to an interview and felt so blesses to have an opportunity to work for an amazing hospital.
They help my grandfather with his hip and they are good with him he know where he is and he does sleep when can .
