we had to sign paperwork that I couldn't help my wife after surgery, but the nursing staff expected me to help her do everything. The surgeon stated that they would help my wife shower and get her up walking after surgery. This never happened.
RecommendedWell we had to share a room with Mr. boogie. He was very thoughtful and kept to himself. I think he was here for a hair removal procedure. It was sticking out like a sore thumb. I wish him the very best on his journey.
I would not bring a sick dog to this hospital. The care is poor the workers do not want to do their jobs. Who sits around and laugh at a patient because they asked for tissue. Then you tell them you have no clue what they are gonna do about not having any. This hospital needs to seriously rethink their hire process because if you do not want to do what you are getting payed to do, you should not work in the health care profession!! I didn't get treated right I never had a problem with them before this year
I read a lot of negative comments on the hospital’s Facebook page. Certainly there is a tremendous amount of stress associated with watching loved ones being cared for and sometimes the hospital staff might not meet your expectations. I retired from this hospital two years ago and walked through the ICU almost daily, you tend to forget why people are there. Recently had my uncle who was 99, pass away in this same ICU.
