Just die, it’s cheaper. They lost my paperwork twice while I’m the hospital
The medical staff is great. I've been up here with my wife for three days. each morning I see employees not one or two but 20 plus employees park in the visitor parking area. Not in the outer area but every spot up close that elderly people could use . There's 13 hospital staff I watched this morning take every spot they could up close. This hospital has really gone down. It is very dirty.We was in ICU waiting room and carpet is nasty, they have nats flying around. They had workers in here all night laughing and talking, they were so loud ,people could not sleep. They did not have any pillows or blankets out. I had to go to 7th floor and ask for some. Hope I never have to be in here.
My wife who is a retired Disabled Vet had a mammogram a few years ago. Being a retired disabled vet she has healthcare. It was filed wrong leaving her with a $500 bill. She has tried several time to get this resolved and told they can’t. So what does this hospital do? Send her to collections. This is how you treat vets ????
Thoroughly unimpressed with the ER staff. As a healthcare professional I would expect more from an organization. After speaking on the phone with one of the nurses while my sister was seeking treatment at the facility, the nurse questioned me asking was I there. Then she passed the phone back to my sister without giving me any information. Management/Administration can Expect to hear from me bright & early with that specific nurse first & last name.
Was going to discharge an 86 year old elderly woman (my grandma) the next day after surgery knowing she has health issues and needs more than one day recovery. Actually they discharged her without notifying my mother and sent her to a nursing home that was not the one she wanted to go back too! Horrible customer service awful staff especially the nurses. Would rather die than be treated here. Going to file a formal complaint and check with my lawyer to see if any other action can be taken.
RecommendedEvery one is nice, polite and patient. Explain what you need to know. I never feel anxious or scared. I recommend Dr. Klemis best bedside manner.
Great medical facility and staff members
they are a bunch of thieves, take your money at time of service then come back and say you didn't pay and refused to provide a bill/statement
