What hypocrites! Photos say it all. Love ones having surgery, love one near death and family can’t be with them. BUT THIS IS ALLOWED? I was totally blasted out by your admissions clerk Ruby cause I pulled my mask out to take a drink of water and a quick breath!

my husband was admitted last week due to internal bleeding. I tried for TEN hours to get update from 8th floor nursing staff. they were rude..very poor care for my husband and night nurses were wearing BLM tee shirts ...made my husband very uncomfortable. this should not be allowed. his treatment was HORRIBLE
My husband went to the ER because his nose was bleeding profusely and wouldn't stop along with headache after waiting over an hour they told him, his blood pressure was super high 208 over 106 which is stroke level but instead of keeping him they did nothing & sent him home telling him to just following up with his Dr. I understand that they are busy with Coronavirus but that is not the only deadly health issue going on. I’m here now was admitted yesterday for chest pains. I was placed in the observation tower. The room I was in last night had bugs 🐜, gnats and mold in the shower. I arrived upstairs before 3 p.m. from then to now I haven’t received a tray to eat. I’ve told nurse after nurse. I was given a sandwich with hard bread about 8/9 last night. It’s still on the table. over all I liked half the staff I talked to the other half are rude or don't care there s no sympathy or anything for anyone at all doesn't listen to complaints about anything the"greeter" at the front was nice to those with whom she seems familiar while everybody else got atitude...... The food was outstanding
I wanna thank all of the staff that has looked after me the last few days in the ER, observation unit (thank you ladies!!), and the covid floor....from the janitorial department to the doctors. They have done an amazing job. Everyone was nice and took great care of me!
I gave birth here on April 27th. I had an amazing experience. This hospital has the best staff of nurses in the whole maternity wing. Every nurse who cared for me and baby was absolutely amazing. I want to mention my labor and delivery nurse Holly specifically. She honored my birth plan and help me through my whole labor. She was so kind and encouraging.
