Very unprofessional people/agents. My agent Jessica ******* was unresponsive, hard to reach & unprofessional. Many many mistakes was done on whats supposed to be a legal document. Tried to call main office spoke with Natalie Thomas, to try and hopefully resolve the issues i was having with my agent, she was absolutely no help just kept making excuses for the agent & company. I've been try to cancel my policy because of this & I've been giving the run around for about a month while they are still collecting payments from my b... read more

I have been getting calls from Bankers Life in ST Cloud, MN for well over 2 years. I have called them several times to quit calling me. But the calls keep coming. They even sent an agent to my home . That was this spring during Covid, he was wearing no mask!! He wanted to come in an go through his products! I have tried to contact the main office but all you get is someone trying to sell me something. This harassment must and will stop!

I have many policies with Bankers Life on myself, my kids and my wife and they have been very easy to deal with and I have been very happy. My agent is amazing and very helpful even through a pandemic. Most people don't add positive reviews no matter the company or product they only like to complain so I wanted to add a great review.

My father has a long term care policy from Bankers Life that he has religiously paid on for many years. Now that he is in a position where he needs it the games have begun. The goal of this company appears to be to create continuous confusion in order to prevent payment of benefits. Each time you talk to them there will be a "new" requirement that was conveniently omitted from the last conversation. Bad Company! I tried to meet the local rep 3 times to discus the extended life insurance. Then the pandemic hit & the phones & email went dead. Months later I found an old email & tried contact again. Success! We were set up w/ a home care company that asked to be payed the 90 day equivalent up front (@$10K) This would be reimbursed once the 90 days passed. I have had a Bankers Life Medicare supplement policy for 17 years. I have been relatively happy with Bankers Life all that time. But this year I wanted to check if there was a better plan, so I called six weeks before the deadline and left message after message after message. No response. An Insurance Agent stopped at our house without an appointment. She did not have a maak on and was within 6 feet of my husband who is oxygen dependent. We are in the middle of a pandemic and Social distancing was not exercised. My husband has been house bound and protected from outside visiters for several months. This situation is very unsettling and completely unacceptable. We would like to request her and her assistent that was with her to be tester for covid but cant reach a person in the customer service department .

Be careful dealing with this company made the mistake and signed up with this company changed my mind the very next morning and cancelled and 5 days later they still debited my account

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. My father bought and extended health care policy from them, prepaid a hefty sum up front. He's 96 now and needs the care. No one will tell us anything. We get a "Customer Service" person who tells us we can't have any answers. Asked to speak to a local rep and were plainly told NO! We have been trying for 4 months to get even a sliver of information, cannot get any help.
