My Mother has had a Long Term Care policy with Bankers for 17 years. She became paralyzed by brain cancer and we had to place her in a assisted living. Bankers claims dept was a life saver! They helped me with filing the claim properly and payments started right on time. Top of the line professionals and so glad we protected her life savings with this insurance!!

A car drove down our street today and stopped in front of our house in Corpus Christi on North Padre Island. A man and a woman got out of the rear seats and rang our doorbell. They were from the 5702 S Staples Bankers Life Insurance office. They were cold calling/selling Long-Term Care Insurance. They were polite but very assertive in their sales pitch, taking about 5 minutes at our front door. Great Company. Delivered everything they promised. My grandmother benefited a great deal from the policy, we are so happy she was covered and prepared with insurance.

Recently an agent came to my elder parents home at 7pm on a rainy Monday night to solicit business. no inquires had been made to do such, and if so why come to the door randomly. concerned that this was a scam or casing of resident. I have called the agent Scott ********* and office Milford CT, to compliant and stop any further contact. find this very poor business practice.

As a new employee of the company they have treated me very well and I respect everybody in the business. It is not an easy job and they made sure to tell me so when I applied.

I received a call from 303 454 3911 asking if this was Maureen to which I replied "yes". He then said he was from Bankers Life and could I hear him OK. I promptly hung up and blocked the number. I'm sure you are aware of the scam going around where you're asked if you can hear them and then when you say yes, you've set yourself up for identity theft. Is this really the phone solicitation from Bankers Life?? If so I suggest they re-think their policy of solicitation.

My Mother has paid on a Long Term care insurance policy with Bankers Life but now that we need to use this policy we cannot get them to pay. For the last 3 months I have tried to work with this company by sending in the required documents & information but every time we call to verify they received them they claim no documents were received. If I could I would not even give them 1 star. After months of going back and forth with this company I finally called it quits with them. Not only did they continue to take money from us after cancelling ALL our policies they also added another policy under my name and started taking money for that policy out of our account. They are VERY disorganized and SUCK with customer care. I am now fighting with them to get ALL our money back but they keep giving us the run around. Horrible company to work with, DONT DO IT!!!!!

I don’t have anything nice too say. They haven’t try to help me. Won’t be give me information on a policy I was on. Been waiting almost a month bc of their so called underwriting crap. So they can decide to give u the money? That’s not right at all. I will n car do business with this company again. I screw out of $10,000 bc of these ppl.
