After my dog died in may of 2020 they continued charging me every month until I noticed that and I block them but they ask for 250.00 dollar more and I asked why are you asking me still to pay you they said because you did not finish the term which is one year however my dog insurance start on may of 2019 and he died on may of 2020 but again they told me because I change her insurance from 50$ a month to 40$ a month so the term start in Jan and I have to pay every month and that is the rule and because I did not work and als... read more

The associates gave me a complete different overview of the plan. I ah e tried to cancel and called and then want to charge over $300.00 when their associate told me a could cancel before 15 weeks. Customer service and the store both send me back and fourth. In August - September there was a glitch in there system where they just changed my billing card with a card I used to purchase a shampoo in store. I never authorized this card to be used for the monthly payment. They never reached out or sent me an email stating anythin... read more

If i could id 0 star. I started my kitten with the wellness plus plan Specifically for her shots and spay surgery. Shes now been there 2 times for scheduled shots and both times she did not recieve her shots, both times we paid out of pocket for her services that WERENT WHAT SHE WAS THERE FOR and were supposed to be covered under our monthly payment plan. I just want to say that this company should be closed down. I paid them every month for services, but when my I had to put my dog down in May 2020, they continued to charge for me services that were not used anymore. I paid upfront for the cremation of my dog and anything else that was done to him at the time services were rendered. I feel that this company is taking advantage of people and is robbing people with the plans they offer.

I was interested in the attractive price of a pet wellness plan from Banfield. Due to the universally negative reviews, horror stories of malpractice and outright fraud, I decided I needed to ask Banfield some detailed questions, and commit them to writing, prior to making the purchase. Banfield Pet Hospital TORTURED and then ultimately KILLED the most gentle cat I have ever known, due to the malpractice of MULTIPLE vets at 2 of their locations. Lying, fast talking folks who mislead you, overcharge you and don't give two shakes about your pet. No matter who you request, you always get a different vet each time and they all have different opinions. Prepaid for the wellness plan for a year. They insisted we buy up for a healthy dog under the age of 2 and now have made it nearly impossible to cancel that coverage that we do not need and will never use. No, I do not want to contact your bogus Client Advocate. Give me my money and be gone!

Brought my 10 wk old puppy for a new pet physical. Asked Samantha S********* how much a fecal would be to add on, she replied,"$45". I told her that Id like to add that on, but to call me if anything came up that she should have, that would cost more. I told her to call and discuss any extra costs with me FIRST, and get them approved by me, prior to doing them. Picked up my puppy, was charged $19.25. October 23rd,2020 I lost my girl. My dog died of cancer because Dr. Newton in Clackamas misdiagnosed her. I first asked a vet through online chat about a bump my dog had in her mouth and showed a picture. The ONLINE vet told me it was cancer and take her in. So I did and Dr. Newton said it looked benign. And then it got worse and I took my dog in again, antibiotics. Then it got even worse so I took her in to get a biopsy but by that time, getting the results of cancer was too late.
