Terrible customer service. We didn't have any problems with the doctors. They were great. Their front desk staff are incredibly irritating, and overall just not helpful. We've had multiple issues with them. When our contract is up, we will be moving care elsewhere. Which is unfortunate since they have provided all of the care for our 5 year old pup.

I highly suggest paying the money to see a real veterinarian and seeking outside pet insurance if you truly care about your pet. My 10 year experience with this company has finally come to an end where I am currently making a case with corporate to not only cancel my membership but to return my money from the past year. DO NOT USE! Horrible. October 2020 I adopted a new kitten and bought the Banfield 1 year wellness kitten plan and took my newly adopted kitten there. He had an ear infection and I bought their expensive recommended medicine and it didn't work. I had some left over so tried a second course, it still didn't work. They recommended a second medicine for $40 but I found a different brand with the same ingredients for $6 online and it worked perfect. My puppy has been on the banfield puppy plan since she was 8 weeks old. So far Banfield has charged me over $340 for additional services not covered under their plan. My dog is now 8 months old. We took her to have her spayed only to be told her blood test showed anemia so her surgery would need to be postponed. I decided to leave it, service is horrible, never has a doctor available, only young unprofessional people taking the pets with a horrible customer service, including the office manager. Who knows how they treat the pets inside. I had 2 preventive care a year and unlimited appointments, well... they never have time available, even if it is an emergency. I had banfield less than a month since I had to go through the unfortunate event of loosing my new puppy. She was seen by a doctor ONE time (another horrible experience) and of course I had to pay set up fees which came out to $117. I called a week after her passing to cancel service and the customer service department informed me I owed over $300!!! I signed up for Banfield because it was an affordable way to get my indoor cat his basic annual shots while I was in school. They are so unprofessional and uncommunicative. Luckily nothing has ever happened to my cat in their care but I am looking forward to the date I can cancel my plan (which I unfortunately just accidentally let renew). I have a puppy who has giardia and I suspected something was wrong and I took her to the banfield in alliance town center in north Fort Worth. I enrolled in the wellness plan and I thought I was getting a good deal. I was wrong, aside from the 71 dollars they charge me I been charged so much.
