DO NOT GET THE WELLNESS PLAN. IT IS NOT AN INSURANCE. I was sold the wellness plan 13 years ago as a pet insurance. I was told if my dog got sick I could take her to any Banfield. So when my dog got sick the soonest any banfield could see her was a week away. She passed 2 days later. They still want your money even after the pet passed. Go to a shot clinic don't waste your money here

Ive sent a dozen emails regarding my concerns that have gone unanswered. Banfield cares is really a lie. They care about the monthly payments and how many animals they can get in at once.

0/10! Thieves, crooks, and liars. Continued charging my account after I tried to close it for over a year. Then sent me to collections for $400 more than I owed them! This is fraud and your whole company should be in jail. You're a disgrace.
