I have been a loyal customer for over 14 years and Ive never hated a corporation more than I hate Banfield.At the end of the day, all they want is their money. And they dont care about their customers or their customers animals.. I brought my dog in to Banfield, hoping they could tell me what was wrong with him. Why was he not eating? Why was he not walking? Why was he throwing up? Why was he so tired? They ran all the proper test that they were supposed to run to let me know the wellness of my dog.But they NEVER told me his... read more

I have canceled my plan back in May 2022. My cat **** **** passed away and Banfield was notified. They are now trying to still collect payments of $115.90. This is also noted in our chart at the clinic. I dont know what this company is trying to pull but its total BS. Our Cat died, how disgusting with our death of a fur baby family member and this is the c*** this company pulls. Banfield does not ever answer the phone to discuss accounts with anyone. I have called so many times just you be on hold for an hour or more. Finally you just hang up once you realize they will NEVER answer. They sent me to collection for my dog who sadly is no longer with us. They expect you pay for a pet who is no longer here. So, you want me to pay for a service that I CAN NOT USE? This is absolutely ridiculous! I want my this bill erased. If I can't use it, I won't be paying for it.

I have been a Wellness plan holder for over 3 years now without any problems until recently. After calling in to do a ruin check up I was given attitude by ********** for no apparent reason. I pay monthly and on time for the wellness plan just to find out I'm not able to exercise the plan when I want to as stated per there own terms. I will be cancelling soon as in both the ******* ** and ******, ** locations are both trash. Bad customer service and I don't trust them ****************** for my dog at all.

I was not told just how difficult it would be to cancel my wellness plan. In fact the phrasing my vet tech used was you can cancel anytime, she conveniently left out that you would still have to pay the balance of the plan. Yes, it is written in the agreement, but I think they intentionally know how misleading they are being by not having it verbalized. I will never use this vet again, once my wellness plan ends and Ive gotten my moneys worth of those unlimited office visits :)
