I have been a customer since moving to ************, based upon my daughter's recommendations from her experience at other locations. I took my dog in to see a vet about a swollen ear, and was told she had a hematoma that needed to be lanced and drained. The vet gave me a recommendation for a very specific ear wrap for post surgery, scheduled for a few days later. I wasn't told that I would need to bring it at the time of surgery, only that I should get it. I ordered it, and it was scheduled for delivery the day after surger... read more

This location tramautized our dog durimg boarding for a previous appt somehow and now he needs to be drugged and get personal appointments. Our last 2 appts have been rescheduled by banfield. First due to drugs deciding to be required, second for their staff being able to check us in on time and doc saying we were 10 min late...due to locked front petsmart doors and checkin? Also she was 30 min late in first appt....so what the heck. We are now on a 3rd rescheduling and are out over $300 in lost wages and meds due to having ... read more

We took our pet for what should have been 2 shots. Banfield misquoted us, lied to us about the price and charged us hundreds of dollars for services we did not request. They also signed us up for a subscription plan that we did not ask for. I would strongly recommend against using this company. If my wife is unable to get her money back we will be suing Banfield in court. Quite frankly, the vet should have his license revoked and the location shut down. Performing unauthorized medical procedures on animals is illegal.

I have nothing to gain from lying. But this is exactly how the Banfield Pet Hospital nurse made me feel that was in the Petsmart. My dog got groomed here Feb 16 at the Petsmart and ever since had problems in **** areas constant licking, smelling, itching, discomfort. I had my dog for almost three years and after multiple grooming sessions he has never had a problem. The Banfield Pet Hospital nurse in OFallon had me repeating myself and told me my dog breed **** gland problem is normal. Again never experienced this and it sta... read more
