This *******, ** facility and their Banfield Hospital health care plan is good in theory for healthy pets and if you do not need their services in any kind of hurry, such as with a sick animal. They certainly are not a "hospital"in the true sense and that is very misleading. Recently I had a very sick pet and they could not get me in for over a week and that was just a drop off, where I could not go in with my pet during the visit. ************************** had my cat, who was in a lot of pain, in her carrier for 3.5 hrs, did not exam her before having her tech call me asking for my permission to sedate my cat. I voiced my concern asking to speak to Dr ************************** The practicing manager called me about 30 minutes later to discuss my concerns. The manager was nice and validated my concerns, placed me on hold returning to tell me Dr ************************* is refusing to treat *****. Their plans are a total rip off! If I could give then a zero..I would..you end up taking your pet to a better CHEAPER vet because 90 percent of the things that go wrong, aren't covered..don't go there!

After being treated for a kidney infection back in September, my sweet dog was still having issues. I took her in for ************* in February. A week goes by & no news, so I called & was very rudely told "We'll call you when results come in!" Wait another ******** call, am then told "Oh we lost her labs, you need to bring her back in to have them done again" Thanks for letting me know. I take her back for labs in ********* told that they will expedite the ******** should get results within 2-4 days. The very next day, she ... read more

Im ******** my debit card on file for autopay had expired and I didnt realize the payment never went through for $55.36. I never received a phone call, email or anything in the mail about this unpaid bill. Last week, I received a bill from a collections agency for the amount stated above.
