Stop!!! Dont do it! It sounds like a good deal but its not and once you sign on the dotted line your in for the whole year of payment regardless of what they promise and dont deliver! Ive been with them for 14 years and it was fine until my animal actually had a problem they misdiagnosed an enlarged heart for congestive heart failure and wouldnt give my dog the dental service I paid for. They didnt know that a female wolfhound could take up to two years to begin their cycles. Their ***** exams and blood tests are often wrong... read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Banfield has changed from a pet loving organization to that of pure cross sell of services pets do not need, as well as they do not honor their Wellness Plan terms. We had an appointment scheduled a month in advance for shots for our pets. When we arrived, the vet was "temporarily closed". ** other words, they had no vets. However, Banfield is still obligated to provide services. We were unable to get our vaccinations from Banfield and had to pay another vet.I've reached out many times to ... read more

I tried canceling my Banfield Optimum Wellness Plan I have had on my *********************** for years. They will not let me cancel and not be charged anything else. They have ridiculous fees you pay if you cancel before plan expires. This is fraud! I will never deal with Banfield again once this plan is cancelled.
