This company is all about the money. They don't care about your animals , they care about up selling. My dog lived 11 days after his last visit but they sold my an expensive food he never ate. Now that my puppy has passed away I still get to pay for a whole year of service. Apparently if you cancel then any "discount " goes away. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON. I've been a customer with multiple pets for years and apparently I'll still be paying for another year. On my deceased little friend.

We have used Banfield Pet Hospital for about 10 years and have had good service. As with any large organization there is a mix of personalities and individual experiences and they can vary. I would would like to call out the Docs and Vet techs over at the *********** ********** location for exceptional care during the dozens of visits. Thank you for treating your patients and their humans with professionalism and compassion.

I had an ultrasound done on my lab today. I was quoted $420, $450, and finally paid $493. Why do we have a plan if its that outrageous amount. The doctor said next time it would be discounted. I wonder how much $420?

Do not go to the Banfield in ****************** . They **** . I had an appointment at 3pm and been here since 2:45pm & at 4:23 they just now taking him back to get his vaccinations . Highly dont recommend bringing your pet here . GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!

Do not care about your pet. Schedule your pet incorrectly and then tell you that you will have to reschedule. Front desk people have NO idea what they are doing.

They are, in a word, a total rip off and should be barred from doing business in this industry. In the fine print of the Wellness plan contract, they say you can't cancel because the services you receive under the Plan are "discounted" and the retail value must be paid in full if your pet dies when you request to cancel or you can just continue paying for your dead pet until the 12 month contract is up. I had a 500 procedure done on my dog at the Banfield pet Hospital in ************* ** on Saturday for a hematoma on her ear buy the time i picked her up the price had change 3 times on me from 157 to 348 to 430 when i picked her up then on top of it they told me her ear needs to stay wrapped which it had fallen out of twice before we even left and they just fixed it with the wrap she had on they did not take it off and place a new wrap on her ear before we left the office they did not tell me about a no flap ear warp that i ... read more

Banfield Hospital sold us ************* (yes, that's what their staff called it) that is not actually pet insurance and we are EXTREMELY UNHAPPY with the fact that in order to cancel the "insurance" we are asked to pay the remaining annual "premiums". Basically purchasers of their "*************" are prepaying costs of pet care services for a 12 month period. The monthly fees they quote in their ads are misleading. We have been paying $60+ per month for a healthy 7 year old Wheaton Terrier which is twice the amount they adve... read more
