Do not take your pets here! I took my parrot in for a wing trim, and they cut the flight feathers so short most of them were bleeding, it took them an hour to stop the bleeding. Then they tried to cover it up and lied to me about the severity. Whoever did this should be fired.

Puppy wellness plan does not explain that there are extra costs behind services. We just got our puppy spayed and had to pay extra for the cone, sedative, and pain medication for after surgery. If those things are REQUIRED because of the surgery, they should be included IN the plan costs. Or at least have an explanation of possible extra fees pertaining procedures BEFORE you sign up for the wellness plan on the website. This way a family can plan accordingly. Never notified me of renewal of my wellness plan snd then when trying to cancel they want 500 dollars for my dog. Totally unreasonable and would like them to go out of business immediately, they are a horrible company. When took my dog in for a physical they didnt even touch my dog. Please dont take your loving dog to Banfield ever. Bad service and outlandish costs!

The care I received from Banfield was downright harmful to my dog Moose. I will never have this hospital care for my dog again. A treatment they provided resulted in a partially ruptured ear drum, which resulted in me going to another vet to diagnose. The clinic manager says all the right words about caring for my situation but A. won't refund my money for the visit and B. cannot help cancel my wellness plan. The whole business model is a scam. This place is a huge scam! We took our puppy there who kept coughing and was very lethargic. I asked the vet if it could have been allergies since we went for a long walk on a hay field the day before. She told absolutely cannot be just allergies and she wanted to run a bunch of test! So we did! Once all the test came back negative and $900 later she told me it was probably just allergies! They should be shut down for all the people the scam! STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!
