I didnt receive the appropriate services for my dog I provided the shot records they gave my dog the not needed vaccines I provided them the shot records they did the services anyways for my dog I dont feel comfortable coming back because they didnt have any sympathy or support it actually made her sick from the vaccinations. Than they put balances in credit report without properly notifying

I am incredibly disappointed and annoyed by your team at the *********************************************** location.I consistently across 3 different touch points requested that the vet and front desk associates not try to upsell me for ear treatment and/or other potential preventative issues outside of what I came in for. I had made it clear I already was taking care of it and that it was not the primary focus. My pet's skin infections and bumps was the only reason I came for.I not only had to refuse treatment and medicat... read more

I have had the wellness plan for my dogs in the past. When I got a cat, I signed her up for the plan. They almost killed my cat when they spayed her. I cancelled the policy so it wouldn.t renew and never took her back to the vet. First payment was made on July 25, 2022, which means the last payment should have been in June. They just charged me for July(the policy expires on July 25,2023). They claim my first payment was a membership payment and not a policy payment. I have been a banfield OWP member with multiple dogs for almost a decade. I recently had 4 dogs on OWP, but in the last year the level of customer service and quality of care has significantly decreased to the point where we have removed our oldest dog from their care and changed his vet, and have cancelled the auto renewals on our three remaining OWPs. On June 22nd I took my dog to the vet I was asked if I wanted an upgrade to my dogs wellness plan to help me save money on a procedure my dog needed. I agreed but was not told that the upgrade would cancel my old plan and would create a new plan with a new renewal date.My original renewal date was 12/15 and now am told my renewal date is 6/22. To take my dog to Banfield for one visit equates to driving 180 miles so I was going to cancel in December but because of this deceptive act I am told I can't cancel until much later b... read more
