They definitely charge you for the services they DONT provide. My senior dog of 13 is going down hill because she has been in banfields care. Switched her to a new vet in April that is quite out of my driving distance. Might give banfield another try at another location but I feel like the monthly charges are a scam. My pet has not been seen in a whole year! This is not a ************ Vet hospital as claimed, surgeries, etc....This is false advertisement and it took me 14 yes of being on their wellness plan, needing a full service Vet hospital for my dog's condition to find that out. They only state that to get you into a locked 1 year plan, where if your pet even dies while on the plan you cannot cancel the plan. That is absolutely ?? absurd!

I used Banfield's wellness program for both of my dogs and never had an issue until I moved and went to cancel. The nearest Banfield is an hour away from where I live now. Disgusting, negligent company whose only focus is stripping your wallets and making your life harder. I only dealt with them when I was working at Petsmart(s), because it was convenient. My first go around, I had a horrific experience with my male dog where they messed up his vaccines (gave him the wrong one at the wrong time) and he got really, really sick. They only told me after I brought it up. I chalked it up to bad techs as their turnover rate pretty much= new people weekly. They gave me the runaround when I tried to c... read more

Scammy.Disorganized, hard to get your pet's records. Front desk has gone downhill; some interactions were just bizarre. Lots of miscommunications and minor goofs.Banfield as a chain has had a few class action lawsuits against them. Their Optimum Wellness Plan is a scam! I always go to Hillsborough location but happen to be closer to this location today to get my dogs prescription food, and ******* from banfield refused to print out her prescription. Not sure what her issue was but I left irritated and went to the Hillsborough location where they did print out my prescription and I was able to get my little girls food.
