I have been a banfield OWP member with multiple dogs for almost a decade. I recently had 4 dogs on OWP, but in the last year the level of customer service and quality of care has significantly decreased to the point where we have removed our oldest dog from their care and changed his vet, and have cancelled the auto renewals on our three remaining OWPs. My dog was seen at this clinic on Friday, 6/30. Hes had some health issues the previous weeks and we were advised to take him to Banfield. At that time, my dog had been lethargic, stopped eating and had a persistent cough. The morning of the appointment, my dog was so lethargic, I had to carry him to the car.I specifically mentioned all details over the phone, as well as in person. They are one of the few veterinarian "hospitals" that offer pet parents a scheduled plan to ensure their pet gets all the shots and care they need.
