Last date of service was 11/27/2018 and here it is 7 months later and Im STILL paying on this stupid scam. I had a male cat that was seen a few times and fixed that was all due to location being over an hr away. Seriously not pleased with their service at all!! Called today and was told that I still have 2 payments on this account, its the most absurd thing. I wouldn't have had such a problem but when my cat was fixed they wouldn't release him to me without me paying 40 bucks for pain meds and a stupid cloth collar. I unders... read more

Billing and records are profit over treatment. They mis- diagnosed by dog creating additional medical expense. I would look for treatment elsewhere for care for your fur baby. I plan to file with the Department of Professional Regulation with details.

Ben trying top cancel my accounts with them for over 7 months. I've had to cancel my debit cards to get them to stop taking my money. They call to try to collect my money but even when they call me I am still not able to get transferred correctly to shut it down. I have sent emails. I have called. I have had the vet call with me standing there. Nothing has worked. Always with several excuses of why they can't. Or why they couldn't. They have talked to me like ****when I've spoken top people. It's almost too where im going to... read more

This is the worst vet clinic ever. They gave my very sick dog medications without my consent. He went in for tests recommended by his specialist and upon picking him up they told me they went ahead and went through with his comprehensive check up because he was over due. Fine. What they failed to tell me was that they gave him two medications. One was a medication that we had already discussed to never administer again. The other was a dewormer. When I asked why he was given the first, the response was that his regular vet d... read more

-I will NEVER take another pet to Banfield again. We had a 12 year old Rat Terrier that we trusted Banfield to help. Our dog had experienced minor seizures for his entire life. Through research, we figured out that certain things would "trigger" his seizures, such as flea medication, pesticide sprays, and chemicals. We also found that certain vaccinations were linked to seizures and sometimes death, especially in smaller breeds. We managed his seizures for years, using a holistic diet and CBD for dogs. Last Winter, however, ... read more

I took my dog to banfield because he was throwing up, appeared to be losing weight, and was having seizures. The vet, Dr. Michelle F***** checked him out. She didn’t seem concerned about the weight loss, and completely down played the significance of his seizures. She did say he had a minor UTI, she prescribed antibiotics, and while she was at it, she sold me a wellness plan and updated a few vaccinations. Later that day my dog had a grand mal seizure the worst seizure he had ever had, and was taken to **** *****emergency wh... read more

I adopted a puppy March 2018 and signed up for the puppy wellness plan which was definitely worth it as the cost per month out weighed how much everything would have cost (new puppy shots, spay/neuter, etc.). without a wellness plan. Come to February 2019 and throughout that year I've been very displeased with the service provided to me by the Vets at this location in Hopkins, MN. Were not helpful with any issues I experienced with my puppy; he had diarrhea for over a month and they didn't help us solve that problem, was put... read more

When my dog popped an anal gland, my roommate (whom at the time was a banfield employee) suggested I go to Banfield, as I was new to the area. The doctor was nice and informative and the staff at the desk were friendly as well. My dog has a history of improper anal gland expression, which has led to scar tissue build up. Due to this the doctor recommended that he put my dog under so he can flush his anal gland with antibiotics and clean every up. I agreed that this was the best option for my dog. We also talked about updatin... read more
