Their "wellness plan" is a scam, we placed Bandit on it and have paid $125 since March. I called to cancel the plan today, and was informed that I need to pay over $550 in charges. I called ********, and told them I would be calling the BBB and putting this on FB. Think they cared about it? Uh-uh.

I wish I could leave negative stars for this place. I will never use this hospital again. I've had 4 pets under the plan and was lied to, treated with disrespect and the "management" team there is the worst I've ever had to deal with. I had to drive over 80 miles round trip to go there and they wasted my time by telling me when I got there that I would have to leave my dogs there and wouldn't tell me when to pick them up. Our cat ***** passed away while in their care. First, I had been calling from 7am in 5 minute intervals (prepared to call until 9am since their closed message hasn't been updated to reflect the 7am open time) and didn't get a person until 7:45am at which point I talked to a person there and explained the symptoms my cat was having (not eating, extreme fatigue, and lethargy) and I asked if I could please bring him in. The hospital visit was fine but the wellness plan is a waste of money and a scam. They say they provide you a "free" exam but it is not really free and I could have easily paid less elsewhere. Canceling and contacting customer service was simple but just got scammed for too much money.

I had to pay $125 to cremate my best friend. Now calling this company to cancel this program which Ive been consistently paying $36.18 for 7 months they said I accrued over $600 in charges past the plan. They claim I owe them way more than the plan is worth because they failed to charge my credit card as I setup when I signed up my dog. I used the plan and magically they say the card declined - card provider says that never happened and I was never notified. Now they claim I owe for the services and I can't just fix the card thing.
