I just want to say this timeshare was a nightmare, not a dream as they suggest. They knew about our money problems. We kept telling them we could not afford it, we are retired and on set income. They kept on and on and on with new people coming in and pushing us to sign. I am 64 years old, I just could not tell them no anymore. We tried to call when we got home to cancel and it was too late. We got a phone call offering us a weekend that would not cost any points and would only cost $99. They had a schedule for us to follow which included a 1 to 1 ½ hour question and answer session beginning at 10am. This turned out to be a high pressured sales day that lasted until we signed around 5pm. -10 Stars!! We have been owners with Wyndham since 2015. We have had issues the entire time. They scammed us out of our money. We purchased and in efforts to save our points we put them in RCI. Then when we tried to use the RCI we were told the we could not because we did not have enough points. We tried to upgrade to get more points and spent another 8 hours through a presentation. Lying sales force. Can never book when I want. Paid and continue to pay good money for a scam. Very frustrated!! This model of business should be outlawed and stopped. Innocent albeit naive people being scammed.

As everyone else has stated, very deceptive sales practices. They promised me all these free shows and buffets in Las Vegas, charged me $40 deposit for the "taxes" of all the free shows and buffets. I didn't go to the presentation but they took my $40 and didn't tell me it was non-refundable. Credit Card company didn't resolve my dispute properly either.

Zero stars!!!!! The sales representative, Regina, told us that we would only have to pay $50 a month. We were on our honeymoon in New Orleans. Julia S****** processed everything but neglected to say that our monthly payment would be over $300 a month. She told us that she would give me a follow up call but never did. The company also said they would give us "free" seven day vacations to anywhere in the world and that we would receive these vouchers in the mail....that has yet to happen. I don't want to put any start but is no the option but people this is the worst company ever and be careful don't believe and no sign anything my experience with them is a nightmare..ð?? On August 18, 2019 I attended a meeting in Myrtle Beach, SC. They initially offered a free ticket to for attractions in the beach and breakfast. The sales representative by the name of Savannah stated the meeting would only take 2 hours, but instead it took 6 hours. This was the first lie they had told us. We purchased in 2016. NOT ONE VACATION. Nothing is available, or no resort is where we are going so on top of paying for this, we have to pay for our vacations anyway. Wyndham told us they were everywhere, I can assure you they are not. What a waste of time and money.

We began having difficulty with this timeshare about 5 years ago. The times we needed were mostly blocked. The whole point of the purchase was to save money but this does not save us money. 12/29/2015 was when things really started to go downhill, 3 sales reps really persuaded us we NEEDED to purchase points.
