Worst business ever. Long story short. Went through the whole sales pitch in Vegas and said no. Then was approached by another rep saying to try out the "discovery membership". Said the price i was going to pay out of pocket was $19/month. Instead i get a bill days later for $1,994 from the credit card. In no point in time was i told that i would be paying that amount. That is the worst business practice EVER. Will never do business with this company again and would advise everyone else to do the same.

Just got another high pressure phone call from the sales guy. This time it was Daniel. We usually don't answer these calls but the message he left said it was real important with an important change to our membership so I called back. I tried to tell him we are happy with what we have and use our credits for a specific reason. He argued, insulted and even called me a liar. Call was recorded. It's been a awful experience so far. I haven't been able to use any of my points cause there is ALWAYS no availability anywhere I chose. I even planned out 10 months in advance and still nothing. Every time I call it's always some type of excuse or we are having issues with our website or app. This is the worst mistake I've ever made.

I am an owner and have been for 15+ years. I can count on one hand how many times we vacationed where we truly wanted to go and not settled for another destination because of availability. It doesn't matter how long of an advance you give them they NEVER have want you want when you want it. On top of that your maintenance fees go up every year. This has to be the worst company on the ENTIRE PLANET! My wife and I were at a Universal Theme park for the 2nd day out of our five day trip when someone inside one of the parks at an information stand offers us a "gift" after we ask for the location of one of the attractions. Attended a presentation in Las Vegas, NV. Was told the presentation would take 2 hours. I was there for 3 hours and 45 minutes. during the presentation I had to fill out some paperwork, which appeared to be a credit application. I asked if I was filling out a credit application and was told no. I explained that the bottom of the electronic form required me to click apply and it appeared as though I was filling out an application. Paid $400 for two 3-day "getaways", all expenses paid, In exchange attend a 1 hour sales pitch. Ended up in a non-Wyndham hotel, charged $35/day for parking. Presentation was across town (Nashville), no transportation provided (as promised), paid $30/hr parking, then they show a 10 minute PowerPoint slide, and start harassing you to sign a $250,000 mortgage application. After two hours, we finally got out, and their "rebursement" was $31! So, all considered, it cost me $336 for two days in Nashville for their "free" getaway!... read more

I purchased a Worldmark by Wyndham timeshare in 2007. I only agreed to become an owner because I was promised that I would never have to pay out of pocket again and all vacations would be covered with my timeshare plan. In the past 13 years, I have only been able to use the timeshare a few times. I am continuously told that there is no availability. Zero stars**** Not happy at all. Nothing about this experience has been easy, great, fun, family oriented. None of their shpeel has played out. Never can we get 3 days in a row. They won't help us unless we upgrade. And we only had a 2 year trial period. We basically take plan C or D, etc, when trying to find a place to take the family to vacation. I will tell anyone who will listen about this place to save them the stress. I wanted to take my family to Disney and the experience just got more stressful cuz they can't help us... read more
