Wyndham found out I was divorced and where my kids were located and lit up. I was sold on the location of one of the resorts close to my kids. They explained that "short notice booking" was their specialty. That turned out to be a glorious fabrication. I have been unsuccessful in 8 years of booking in New Orleans close to my kids. BUYER BEWARE.

Jacob H*************** from Wyndham in San Antonio over at La Cascada lied to us: About owning Disney resorts, About owning Military resorts, About booking resorts of the quality of La Cascada anytime we wanted, He also told us there was a resort in DALLAS !!!!! He said he had looked it up, that it was nice and that it was close to the Dallas Cowboy stadium. The perks Wyndham fantasizes about: -Something we could pass down from generation to generation! Which later I found out was not true! -They went on to talk about how much money I could save on travel by purchasing the timeshare! There is no saving money at all. I am paying over $300 a month and All I could get when I tried to use it was 3 days!!! 3 DAYS!!!! I could stay for half a month somewhere for that price. winter of 2019 I visited Vegas for the 1st time. I am a disabled combat veteran and me and my wife were swindled in Las Vegas, lured in by a session to check the hotel and when returned from the drive, in exchange for tickets were told wouldn't be pressured into the sale of a timeshare and told we didn't have the money. I am on disability and was on anniversary with my wife, and we both were inebriated enjoying ourselves in the city of sin. Wow, this company has a warning here about how bad this company is. Well I concur!!! A lawsuit filed in Illinois: 10. If I could leave a ZERO star rating, that would still be more than Wyndham deserves. This is the WORST purchase ever - this company TAKES your money without even trying to satisfy the customer - We have been paying over $400 per month for our fees and charges, didn't take a vacation last year, and lost the points somehow. I was signed up for a VISA credit card without my consent nor permission. When talking to the Wyndam Associate, they informed me they needed to run my credit to see what rate on a timeshare I would get approved for, ot to apply for a credit card. This is just fraudulent business and I will never do business with a fraudulent company again.
