On 8-30-2019 I was at Pigeon Forge the Island for a 3 hour(was told to be 2 hour) tour and informational meeting on timeshare information. I wish I could give this company negative STARS. My boyfriend and I went to a 2-hour presentation ON Saturday, October 5th in NEW YORK AT ************** the sales reps were too nice, complimenting us every 10 seconds and which seemed a bit fishy but we stayed and listened. They told us at the end we would have the opportunity to say yes or no to this "opportunity". I would never recommend anyone to use Wyndham Ownership. They deal in falsehoods and when you figure it out its too late, you sold your soul to the devil.Ã? The constant upgrades always to solve some cray problem with whatever issue they pull out of a hat that toys with your emotions.Ã? Do you like swimming with sharks? Well if you end up getting suckered into a meeting to sell you an ownership with Wyndham, that is what you are asking for. They will swarm you with multiple, sleek salespeople and relentlessly nip you until you give in and buy. We have had this timeshare for almost 4 years and have been on 10 days of vacation for a whopping $23, 000. They charge you maintenance fees each month and that alone, over $500 a year would be enough to pay for the vacations I have done. I just threw away over a year... read more

I am a mother of 7 children and these crooks told me that I was buying an investment that could make money for my family. They said it was not a timeshare. Because of this mess with Wyndham we are missing vacation opportunities because Wyndham does not have locations where we travel. We pay for nada. I wish I had found sites like these before we were suckered into this phony investment. However, they do not let you leave or do anything except listen to their lies half the day.
Just a heads up about the schemes Wyndham plays. I had 3 upgrades on my first vacation with me actually using our points from this company. Why that was not a red light bulb to us at the time, I will never know. The orientation we had to go to as owners, in Orlando, they told us that the agents who first got us to buy into this vacation club should never have sold us what they did. We just want to warn people who are thinking of signing up for a timeshare, please do yourself a favor and stay clear from Wyndham. Also if you are staying on Wyndham property, to warn you about going to a timeshare presentation for them. That was how we got suckered in. We put our name down with friends at their timeshare for a free weekend at Oceanside on them. Nothing is free, there is always a price. It has been 3 years now since our last upgrade and its almost impossible with their restrictions to even use this ownersh... read more

Wyndham has lost their HEART & SOUL!!! We have been platinum members for years, have referred many of our clients to them, many of whom have bought accordingly, and have constantly promoted them to all we know! Then, last year my son had a massive seizure, almost died and lost his memory. After a week of having no memory, he saw no point in living and we almost lost him. Fortunately, a week later he recovered about 70% of his memory, has now adjusted and is very happy. We are his caregivers and could not travel for almost 10... read more

The salesman Tim was very disrespectful and Im glad that I didn't do any business with Wyndham because I was interested in this program. I travel twice a year and sometimes more if my company send me somewhere but now I'm glad that I went there and saw what kind of dirty salesmen they are so I looked up the reviews and found this. i'm glad that I didn't do business with them. STAY AWAY!
