The company lies, I never bought the product but made the mistake of entertaining them. Do not give them any information, a credit card account was opened without my permission, and I only found out after about two weeks when I received a letter welcoming me to something I had never signed up for. My salesman was Dakota he is a former officer in Vegas and I would not trust a word out of his mouth or anybody else with that company, they are probably working to get out of their own timeshares.

We are wyndham timeshare owners our timeshare is 20 + years old at S****** and have rented our S****** Pennsylvania timeshare week with x************ for many years 10+ now. If they did not rent our week we used it ourselves. Our week begins this Sunday.After trying for 2 days to speak to x************ on the phone we finally get someone at x************ named Akia who wouldn't give us her last name, title or name of a manager who was. supposedly unavailable today and maybe tommorrow. My only mistake was going online and unknowingly using a vendor to purchase tickets to see a play in Branson MO, go to pick up tickets and its the Wyndham Resorts customer service people, these people have no heart, my mother who hasn't been on a vacation in years and on fixed income thought all she had to do was sit in on a 90 minute presentation and they would give her back part of her money used to purchase the tickets. Congratulations to Worldmark by Wyndham for creating a new way to abuse their owners and members. Where else in the travel industry would this scenario be seen? The salesman kept telling us this timeshare was a no brainer. If you want a real no brainer, STAY AWAY FROM WYNDHAM TIMESHARES. This company is a total scam. We will spend the rest of our lives telling people to NEVER buy a timeshare and we can't advocate ENOUGH to STAY AWAY! During sign-up we asked if we'd be able to book C******* Cruises and without hesitatation, the salesman said yes. NO STARS REVIEW... I HAD TO PUT ONE STAR, BECAUSE NO OPTION FOR NONE!!!The sales department lied and are not taking responsibility for their actions. It makes me sad that the sales department is not put in place for a good place to get information and help in person. They have also told me lies such as you can get points every you book a resort, starting at 100,000 points you can use towards your next stay or for maintenance fees. A complete roomful of manipulative jerks. My husband and I attended their "90 minute" presentation (which lasted 3 hours) while on vacation in Las Vegas. The sales rep assigned to us (Peter) lost total interest once he realized that we would NOT be signing anything costing us thousands of dollars on the spot. He then sicced his boss on us (Dustin). This is the worst Time share you will find. There is acompany that WHEN THERE IS A PROBLEM nobody knows anything and they hide like the cowards they are. I considered that been owned by Wyndham they were going to be different but they are all the same. I gave them one star because they dont have a minus. julio N*******
