While on vacation at Branson, we went to a travel service to pick up show tickets. While there we were offered deeply discounted tickets to another show. To receive those tickets we would have to sit through a presentation at the Wyndham Something Center. I got the impression it was maybe an hour to hour and a half commitment. We had time, so why not? No Star Rating - not allowed so one is the worst I can give. Fraudulent Company Did not receive information as I was told over the phone. Called back within an hour to cancel purchase - told I needed the account number from my paperwork or email. Email would be there in 2 days. I have 7 days from purchase to cancel. 3rd Day - no email - no paperwork Called back a week later - they could not help me as I had no account number. Terrible company and very deceiving. They lied to us and nothing is as they say. They claimed we made twice as much on our forms than we do so we could get approved and opened a $5000 loan in my name which was not explained to me. Now we can't afford it and my friend on the deed is going through brain surgery and they couldn't care less. Watch out for these people!

Wow. Over 2000 complaints in 3 years. Hardly seems worth the trouble to add to that, but hey, it cathartic. Approached by a Wyndham rep in *****'s in Las Vegas while we were there on our own dime. Promised 3 nights/4 days if we attended a timeshare sale promo, no longer than 120 minutes guaranteed. Also promised tix to a show, free dinner, and a refund of my $50 deposit. Yes, they are lying I bought the timeshare with them 15 yrs ago they told me maintenance fee does not increase, but it increase every years. And now I want to transfer it to my brother they said it will take about 6 weeks to process and it's been almost 3 months not the still have not process it it yet. Wyndham is a scam company. Im shock by what i learned after purchasing their junk time share which they packaged as an investment. I stopped paying these vultures after two years. I hope they go bankrupt for all the people they have conned. The salesmen should also be held accountable for giving false info. If im ever on vacation and invited to presentation i will convince potential buyers to beware of this ponzi scheme. Dont deserve a star but had to add to submit comment.
Lying, cheating, emotional manipulating, bullying.....every employee at every sales office of Wyndham Vacation Resorts are extremely skilled in these tactics. And the San Antonio office no exception. Our experience there on January 15 was absolutely horrible. It started when our concierge "David" at Wyndham Riverside Suites had offered us a package of tickets if we would complete a Wyndham owners "survey" at the sales office (located at Wyndham La Cascada) the next morning. I have been a timeshare owner for 25 years and haven't regretted my ownership until we got sucked into Wyndham about 3 years ago. We purchased after we were told that it would combine with our other timeshare and give us more access to properties on the East Coast. Later, after the purchase we were told it did not. We stayed in Vegas not too long ago, as guests of an owner. Right after checking in we were directed to the guest service counter. We have stayed at other Wyndham resorts so knew the next topic would be regarding the morning sales presentation. We only have a few short days for fun, so we declined the bribe of show tickets/meal coupons. We told Nichelle that her guarantee of 90 minutes always went longer.
