When we purchased our timeshare, this company's employees lied about how much income we made. We did not realize this until we had an owners meeting, at the only vacation we were able to take, and they sold us more points. They also told us we could refinance the loan for a lower interest rate, but we could not find a bank willing to do it! This company conned me and my husband out of money on several occasions. 3rd time was a charm though. We are done with this sideshow. 1) We could vacation in Hawaii for $1,000 including airfare and rental car with our purchase our salesman told us. Not even close, with the number of points they sold us, was this even close to being accurate and our salesman would not return our calls after the purchase. I am going to tell you now that if you were swindled into signing with this company, you have got yourself into a rut with no way out. This is the black hole of deceit. They refuse to acknowledge their crimes as well. They actually have absolutely no customer service. The only thing this company is good at is inaccurate information at the purchase. Club Wyndham is a fraudulent business and here is why: I owned timeshare with Shell Vacation Club (SVC). Wyndham bought SVC. On April 23, 2019 I paid to have my SVC timeshare converted to Wyndham Vacation Ownership. I was provided an "incentive" offer for my conversion. It states, "Buyer will receive (i) 6 nights of lodging at select Club Wyndham Plus resorts in a 2-bedroom accommodation and $500.00 Travel Credit with Club Wyndham Travel." Crooks and scam artists. That is all I have to say about this wretched company. We had Worldmark and they said if we bought through Wyndham they would be one timeshare and no maintenance fees. While on vacation in Vegas, we sat in on an ownership presentation that was supposed to last 120 mins. We were there for 4 hrs. We had to take a taxi back to our hotel because we had a reservation for a tour. Once we opted out of their plan, we were treated like rubbish. To get compensated for my taxi fare, they asked me to return to the resort where the presentations take place. I have been a Worldmark owner for about 14 years. I was fairly satisfied with my purchase until I recently tried to purchase additional credit ownership. The process is ridiculously long. It should not take 6 months to purchase anything, let alone a membership with credits attached. I've had real estate transactions that closed within days. This process has already stretched out four months, with 2-3 more months of waiting expected before I have possession of something I already expended money on. On November 5, 2019 I timely canceled my Reservation for Wyndham Grand Desert Resort in Las Vegas our Business trip was for November 26, 2019 to November 30, 2019. On November 5, 2019 the female employee told me that it would take (5 Five to & Seven days) to get my refund back on my Credit-Debit Card.
